Chivas’ striker, Alan Pulido is the latest player to speak out against the outcome of the Tigres and Veracruz match.

In what was agreed to be a mutual protest in which players would not play for the first 4 minutes and 20 seconds of Friday’s Liga MX match ended up being honored only for 60 minutes by Tigres who scored two quick goals.

Pulido took to Instagram to criticize Tigres players who played while well aware the home team was motionless in protest.

“The reality of things: not even in FIFA you score two goals to your opponent when his control runs out of battery, ” said the strikers on social media. “It’s a shame what happened last night.”

According to Tigres captain, Guido Pizarro in a post-match interview, both clubs only agreed to stop the game for one minute. However, Veracruz defender Carlos Salcido denied this statement.
