The 2019 Liga MX Clausura play-offs are here and and the quarter-finals feature a re-match of last season’s final, pitting Clásico Joven rivals Club América and Cruz Azul against eachother once again.

América has put out a strong XI with Mateus Uribe filling in for the injured Edson Alvarez in an otherwise unchanged line-up from the squad that faced Santos Laguna two weeks ago.

Paul Aguilar has returned from his suspension and will feature at right-back for the defending champions.

As for Cruz Azul, they have themselves made no changes to the side that demolished Lobos 4-1 two weeks ago to clinch their Liguilla place.

They are of course led by José de Jesús Corona with promising youngster Roberto Alvarado at right midfielder with Milton Caraglio up top in a 4-3-3.
